Top Player Council Thoughts
With the new Mini BOX Empire of Scarlet available for a week, the only new addition to the meta has been Vampires after Inzektors and Monarchs fell short of the Tier List. Fur Hires have continued their reign atop the Tier List but the gap between them and the Tier 2 decks has closed somewhat due to continued refinements and the 2-deck format. Overall the meta has changed very little, so again we will not have comments from the Top Player Council on every deck.
Tier 1
Fur Hires have been demoted to Tier 1, although they are still unquestionably the best deck in Duel Links and have warped the meta around their presence since release. The main reason for the demotion to Tier 1 is the strength of Amazoness and Spellbooks behind them; while not as good as Fur Hires overall, these decks are strong enough (especially in the 2-deck format) to allow players success even when not using Fur Hires as their second deck.
