New Rokket support is a disappointment, even my old version of rokkets has better resiliency against board breakers and handtraps, so I built and started playing Thunder Dinos for fun instead, without even caring about climbing. Managed to pull off a 13 win streak from Legend 3 to almost KoG, I would say mostly because the game decided to give me mediocre opponents for some reason. Maybe Konami felt bad about having me fed to Stardust, Therions and D-Heroes all the time in the games before.

The deck is pretty much your standard thunder dino build; tried a spiced up version with Evols and Assembled Nightingale before the winstreak to make the deck more resilient to board breakers, which worked well for that purpose, but I was just not having fun playing it so I switched back to Heatsoul and company instead, which I enjoy playing a lot more. You can replace some/all copies of MST with Eclipse; they serve different purposes but they're both good choices. Would NOT consider DRNM since it prevents UCT's effect to send monsters to grave.

The winstreak loss was preventable, I got distracted during my starting combo and prematurely summoned Giant Rex when I was supposed to summon a baby, which probably would've let me had enough resources to outlast my opponent, but whatever I guess.
