Notes & Combos
Uploading for the first time a deck without Chain Reaction around here, but lately it has become one of my favorite decks in the game. It’s a deck that is underestimated in terms of power — sadly, it did arrive a bit late to the game, but that doesn’t rule it out from being a solid ROGUE option. In the right hands, it can definitely stand up to the meta!
This is the typical Myutant version, but in this case, the “weird” card is Soul Absorption. Why did I include this card in the deck? Basically, it solves the problem of the deck having to pay tons of LP with Myutant Mutant. On top of that, it has great synergy with the deck since the deck’s negates banish cards to activate their effects. That means you’re guaranteed to heal 1000 LP every time, giving you a pretty significant advantage. It has helped me survive duels where I was nearly out of resources and allowed me to make comebacks. In general, the deck banishes a lot, and with this card, it becomes an insane combo.
As for the Generaider, I mainly keep it for late-game surprises — I usually don’t use it in the early stages of the duel.
In my second account I only have one Mind Control, But I think this card is better than Droplet in this deck, because the monster you take control of with this card can be used as the cost for activating the Myutant monsters by banishing it. That’s why control-changing cards work really well in this archetype. I recommend running three copies if you have them. This deck struggles going second, and this card is the solution.
