Notes & Combos
tweak it however you like (bc i def am) but maintain the key takeaways
- play voltcondor at 3 and prioritize damage whenever you drop it (dont be afraid to discard an second copy to it; 2100 debuff is no joke)
- spellcasters are the recommended engine (even if you weren't locked to it), as recovery force and mystic dealer let you find voltcondor ASAP. it also lets you keep low level monsters in the deck for fodder.
- use 3 torna and a single copy of pierce to prioritize damage.
- dont be afraid to, again, for the third time, prioritize damage instead of knocking out a big ace monster. if you think you can live the next turn, its best to go for as much LP drops as possible
- the reason for this, and the reason to play this deck, is to set up a turn where your opponent has 2-3 good voltcondor targets and you run over 2-3 threats, due to recovery force letting you stock up on monsters, to steal games out of nowhere. if you've ever played competitive pokemon, think of this tip and the tip prior as getting "stealth rock damage" to ensure a sweep (or, in yugioh terms, find lethal).
