Notes & Combos

When they added the zombie structure deck I knew I had to finally go for it. This deck has so much gas and can easily outlast opponents while you slowly build up your forces. The extra 1k LP made all the difference in a lot of duels.

Going first you want to end on red eyes zombie, with felgrand and doomking in the grave. It's even better if you have alghoul mazera for protection. This is usually enough disruption to end it. If they manage to break your board it's easy to stall with alghoul mazera and immortal dragon. On turn 3 you slowly break their board with felgrand and use spectral sword to summon sunsaga for the big finale.

Going second pray and you draw dealings, zombie skull, or jackoboolan. It was rare that I could full combo going second, it was always about survival as my gy filled up. If I survive more than 2 turn it's easy to eventually overwhelm the opponent as they keep wasting resources.

I hate how broken all the new skills are so I made it a point not to use them. It's so satisfying beating all the battle chronicle and tachyon decks. Doomking is shiranui and red eyes players father. I had the most trouble with live twins because they have a lot of gas and disruptions. Shout out to warrior/gearfried decks that I could never beat.
