Notes & Combos
List hasn't changed, won't fix what isn't broken! This time it took around 90 wins (173 when I count the WCQ wins, and there were 83 of them).
Konami, listen to me when I say this. Stardust players do not have skill. Hit their Skill. Them not having Necrovalley does nothing.
I'm just gonna vent for a moment.
- They would try to push open a door that has to be pulled open.
- They would trip upstairs.
- They would gaslight themselves into getting drunk if they were told afterwards that the Pepsi they were drinking was wine.
- They would press buttons on an arcade game that is unplugged.
...alright anyways, we made it. Notable matchups were Therion pre-nerf, Stardust, Resonator, and random decks like Red-Eyes, D/D/D, Rokket, Antimeta Drytron, and Adventure (shoutouts to IcyGamerz2).
I also had to go 2nd at LEAST 70% of my games, so that didn't help lol. Oh well, I got lots of board break replays now :-)
The rank-up took 3 attempts.
First try, I had to go 2nd against the only Blue-Eyes player in Duel Links history to make Shenshen and Hot Red, and he used Shenshen to put back a Jet Dragon I banished :-(
Second try, a Nouvelles player opened full combo and Lava Golem. I knew the matchup, but I should have popped the Continuous Trap which was ordinarily irrelevant because it let him make Knightmare Phoenix.
Third try, I faced Antimeta Drytron who ran Nekroz of Unicore, Relinquished (can't be Ritual Summoned by Meteonis Drytron btw), who opened Droplet, Eclipse, Super Poly, Alpha, Gamma.
