Notes & Combos

This time I bring you Infernoid Snake-eye.Ever since the new box came out, I've been interested in playing this Snake-eye variant. The problem was, I didn't have any gems, so I had to farm like crazy XD

What can I say about the deck? It's a lot of fun to play and very powerful. The Infernoid engine allows for various negations and disruptions.

I tried countless combinations with Synchros, with fusions, and even with XYZ In the end, I liked the version I'm bringing here; the only thing I would add is a third witch.Switching to the purple Snake-eye, but it works fine as is. I've included some replays of certain plays and combos.

Personally, I think the pure version is stronger simply because it can carry more staples. In this version there's almost no room for that, so it loses some of its power; also, sometimes you can start a hand without cards for the ability by going first.

But it's still a lot of fun to play. Personally, I'd like to have space to put forbidden drops. But I'd also like to have drolls. The lack of space forced me to choose one or the other. Oh well, when I reset my box and have more witches and poplars... Perhaps the composition will change a little, reducing the Infernoid a bit or some other change.

Finally, **** Yusei is finally being played less, and this metagame is more varied in my opinion. This one is much better than the previous one.
