Got a 10 win streak, going from legend 4 to KOG.
Turn 1: search for liquid to discard it with the skill and send neos from the deck to the GY, miracle fusion into neos knight, drawing defenses. If you have neos fusion, summon brave neos sending bacon to the GY.
Grand neos is here to secure some OTK or to get rid of annoying monsters (melodious, army of skiel, etc).
IMO this is a control deck with some OTK potential, your winning condition is basically having more cards to play and to disrupt the opponent.
About wingman and shinning wingman, I've grinded from Legend 2 to KOG and summoned just once, and just to have skyscraper to deal with a qliphort that had wightprincess in the hand.
