Monster effects of monsters you have Normal Summon / Set during this turn will be negated, This Skill will only activated if you begin the Duel with a Deck (excluding Extra Deck) that has at least 10 EARTH Machine-Type monsters with 1800 or higher ATK. This Skill can only be used twice per Duel.
