Destroy Them All

You can only use this Skill's second effect once per Duel. 1: At the beginning of your first turn, send 1 LIGHT Machine monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, then place 1 "Boss on Parade" card from outside your Deck face-up on your field. During all of your turns, you can Normal Summon 2 times, but you cannot Normal or Special Summon (excluding Special Summons from the Extra Deck) any monsters, except LIGHT Machine monsters with 1200 or less ATK and 1000 or less DEF, "Gradius' Option", and Tokens. 2: During your Main Phase, you can add monsters to your hand up to the number of LIGHT Machine monsters you control + 1, choosing among the LIGHT Machine monsters in your Deck and/or "Gradius' Option" cards from outside your Deck.
