To be completely honest, I don't really see a difference between all the decks in the list. In my opinion, Phantom Knights aren't that much better than the competition, and it sits in Tier 1 mainly due to over-representation. If it was for me, there'd be no Tier 1 deck for now, and while I do feel like PK is perhaps slightly above the rest, it's mainly due to its ability to run Limit 3s rather than its engine.

D/D/D and Infernoids aren't exactly seen in tournaments, but D/D/Ds high ceiling is still there, and it has some decent tools into the rest of the format (Mainly Loading... and Loading... for Loading... ), while Infernoid does what it always did. Both of these decks are seen as unreliable from players, who usually claim that they don't want to decide their runs on coinflips, but then it's usually those same people that you see playing stuff like Mekk-Knights, which is quite ironic.

Between the Tier 3 decks, the only "reliable" one is Salamangreat Code Talker, which is unfortunately held back by Side, as it would otherwise be better.

Tier 1

Phantom Knights are not as strong as previous Tier 1 Decks of the VRAINS era, but it's the only one that can still play Limit 3 cards alongside it's strong Skill in Treason Phantom , while other decks have been nerfed.

Some weeks you might see Mekk-Knights or decks like Infernoid with results, but in general I think Phantom Knights are the only real deck of the format as it's doesn't really have consistency or power issues. Salamangreat Code Talker is the closest but even then it can't really play tech cards.

Tier 2

There are no Tier 2 Decks

Tier 3

The general perspective from the TPC is that, aside from Phantom Knights , the pool of viable decks are mostly serviceable, but either lack the ability to run the format-defining Limit-3's, consistency issues, or some combination of those plus their own inherent failings irrespective of the meta. Until the Mini BOX contents are confirmed, we're still in the dark of whatever potential mix-ups it can bring to the meta, but based on the leaks it's not looking too promising (of course this is just speculation and to be taken with a grain of salt).
