This is the first Tier List for your new Top Player Council. It is also the KCC Stage Two Tier list, where TPC is predicting what will perform well and what will be the most present in the top 100 Global Rankings
As the KC Cup approaches we have entered a fairly diverse meta. With no outright dominant Tier 1 deck, and several competent decks in the mid-to-lower tiers, results can be quite unexpected. In general, however, we will probably see some combination of Mekk-Knights, Phantom Knights, and Salamangreat in the upper echelons.
The meta keeps getting more varied and no deck stands out clearly as "the best" going into the KCC.
Arguably, any of the Tier 2 decks could be placed in Tier 1. Personally I would favor Salamangreat Talker (as it has the most reliable engine) & Elemental HEROs (best unga bunga + techs deck) over Phantom Knights & Mekk-Knights if there was a need to choose T1 decks.

In my opinion, I don't think there is a strong enough deck to take a high percentage of the Top 100 Global Rankings. This meta can be said to be quite balanced at the moment, hence no Tier 1 (for example, there currently exists a triangle between Phantom Knights, Salamangreat, and flip-down heavy Mekk-Knights).
In the current meta, there really isn't a deck that we expect to take a large percentage of the KC Cup Top 100 Global Rankings. This might change when we leave the KC Cup format or receive the inevitable balance changes that come after the KC Cup, but this is how we feel at the moment.
I've personally felt for a while that there isn't really a true Tier 1 deck and just seeing how this is the common sentiment gives me solace that im not the only one of the few who thinks that.
