All the decks that benefited from the new box are old decks that got buffed, so it doesn't make a major change to the meta. With the new box release, I think the meta is becoming more and more reliant on coin-flip matchups.

Luckily, the meta is still diverse, which gives you the chance to achieve good results with any of the decks on the tier list.

Tier 1

!tachi

Even after the recent meta changes, Memento remains one of the best choices right now, with an answer for almost every situation.

However, its biggest drawback is still how long its combos take to play out.

Fullmodenex

Nothing has changed. Memento is still the best deck even after the new box. However, it has started adopting new techs like Loading... and Loading... so it doesn't auto-lose going second against Icejade.

Tier 2

Axtro

Vaalmonica can now run a new board breaker in Loading... , which, combined with Loading... , makes it easier to break established boards going second.

Tier 3

!tachi

Snake-Eye has taken a step forward with its two new cards, Loading... and Loading... . The deck can now make Rank 8 Xyz plays without giving up its old combo lines or its ability to play around Loading... .

This also makes the deck far more flexible than before.

Axtro

Snake-Eye finally received the rest of its support with Loading... and Loading... . These cards give the deck access to Rank 8 plays such as Loading... and Loading... , while it still keeps its previous end board. The new support also gives it more ways to push through interruptions and break boards going second.
