Tier List Update

As the meta continues to stabilize, the TPC has decided to make some adjustments to the Tier 3 decks. It's worth noting that Vaalmonica stands out as the only deck from the new Mini Box to have made a meaningful impact on the current meta. With the WCQ Qualifiers format approaching, we're expected to have an impactful box.

Like Rocky Balboa, this deck will simply not go down. After the hits to the Tachyon engine it was using, this deck has adapted its search targets to be Loading... and has added Loading... as a searchable battle phase ender from Loading... in order to make a turn that is enough to survive most of the time. But there is also another version of this deck running around which includes Loading... and Loading... . In order to consistently get to said cards, it leverages draw power from Loading... , Loading... , and its innate ability to deck thin and draw with the Therion cards themselves. This version guarantees Therion will see turn 3.

But why do that instead of a real board? Because Therion simply can beat almost all boards that don't include a floodgate that prevents it from using its summoning effects with just its engine. And like how Soviet Russia pushed back against the advance of the Axis forces using its industrial war machine, Therion abuses the seemingly unending amount of resources it amasses both by its own engine but also by using supplementary engines like the Horus cards to simply keep summoning dudes on the field that you can't ignore.
