Destiny HERO is still a gambling deck, heavily reliant on the opponent not having Loading... going first or you drawing techs like Loading... going second.

Centur-Ion remains Tier 3. It is still the most Copium deck in the meta. Go second and auto-lose; go first and pray your engine can draw enough handtraps to maybe win. Every matchup is rough right now.

Personally, I don't think Stardust should have been demoted. I think the deck is still stronger than some of the other decks currently on the tier list.
