X-Ray-EysHello all, in light of the recent balance update, we're going to be posting a TPC reaction to the Balance Changes and how the current Tier List is affected. Due to a combination of the Balance changes and the holiday season, the next Tier List will be delayed until January 6th, which will be the last Tier List for this iteration of the Top Player Council.
The importance of this banlist is the removal of more FTK tools and "Anti-Skill" floodgates that reveal your opponent's hand. It's nothing substantial.

DiuanTachyon Transmigration being unlimited means Tachyon can now play Loading... or Loading... . That being said, the deck was powercrept a long time ago, so this doesn't change much.

DiuanSpeedroid and Gusto can play 3 Loading... again, so they will open it slightly more often.
