Skill Balance Update

The Skill Changes will go into effect by updating to 7.1.0, which will be released around October 10th.

• Swing Into Action: Pendulum Summon! will now have a bonus effect that will allow you to move Monsters out of the Extra Monster Zone if you have a face-up Pendulum Monster in your Extra Deck.

• Unstoppable Train! has been given slightly easier activation requirements.

• Spell of Roses can now only be used once per Duel.

• Meklord Refinement can now only be used once per Duel, and its effect changes based on the Turn Count (rather than being twice per Duel and gaining different effects with each use)
