Going first against stardust is fairly winnable.
Summon alasia while borea is in the grave to search for the field spell(search regulus) or therion cross. Alasis+Borea --> dragluxion --> dragluon to prevent dragon effects.
You can either summon tachyon primal to your side and protect it with spiral galaxy OR to the opponents side to activate part 2 of your skill to search irregular. Summon Regulus and save its negate for satellite warrior since its the only thing that threatens your board. If you have therion cross set you can negate+banish stardust synchron.
This is a fairly budget build with a weaker extra deck with room for improvement.
Going first against any other matchup I search regulus, borea grave, search+summon alasia, summon dragluxion, primal opponent field, activate skill to search irregular (Fum, Ain, Standup to grave), cipher dragon to control primal, summon another therion to xyz summon photon lord, summon irregular to have Fum (sometimes regulus too) in backrow. 3-4 interuption endboard
