Notes & Combos
Some notes on the ratios:
- Wynn & Marble Machine are maxed out at 3 copies each for consistency. I want to see Terrortop & Marble Machine as much as possible.
- Taketomborg, Double Yoyo & Red-Eyed Dice are at 2 copies each in case I need to discard one of them for Wynn or Scratch fodder, in which case, I still want another copy in the deck for the combos. Red-Eyed Dice is also a card you never want to draw, because you want to summon it off Taketomborg.
- Daiko Duke is at 2 copies because the 2nd one often comes up Turn 3 for making a follow-up Clear Wing Rider.
- Droll & Lock Bird is the only 1 off Wind handtrap I run for the Crystal Clear Wing search, because the decks that can remove Crystal Clear Wing early don't care about Ghost Mourner, and Kiteroid often just delays an inevitable loss.
- I might play more Scratch (if I owned them) for more consistency. At least 1 Scratch should be played because it can be fetched with the skill and discard a Daiko Duke or Dupligate early.
- At least 2 Dupligate should be played, because it's not a hard once per turn disruption, and some combo lines can search both copies.
- I play Hagoita, because I like having it as a Turn 1 option alongside Crystal Clear Wing + Crystal Wing to disrupt Xyz/Synchro decks that need exact levels.
