Speedroid

WCS DLv. Max from on June 5th, 2025

Notes & Combos

"Yūgō ja ne! Yūgo da!"

Trying out Speedroid once again with the new skill and support, making for a mostly easy climb to DLv. MAX aside from a few losses at DLv. 19.

The deck is strong going both first and second, with or without techs — going first, you can set up at least 3 interruptions with your Synchro Dragons (plus Hagoita if needed) and Dupligates and going second, you can easily make Kitedrake without using your normal summon.

Most Speedroid decks run Wynn as their main starter but I've chosen to run Wheel instead, since you can discard any card to use it instead of only WIND monsters and can help you extend if you get interrupted.

During the climb, I mostly faced Utopia players (CC + BoE = guaranteed victory) along with a few Dragonic Contact players here and there, but surprisingly faced only one Shaddoll player.

Probably the funniest thing about this climb was that I ended up winning my rank-up duel to DLv. MAX against a Utopia player because they disconnected.
