They were cool at first, but the lack of innovation on the concept and the fact that the last 5 Raid events have the same best deck of “Shooting Star Turbo” just reinforces how stale they are. They have too many LP, very poor decks that aren’t interesting to fight, and there’s basically no reason to even try to get a good score considering any deck that synchro Summons can get you at least 5 boxes.

This isn’t the only deck you can use. It’s just one that’s suggested for maximum efficiency. I used the default shooting star road structure for the paradox event, and it worked extremely well, so you don’t even need to get the exact perfect deck to do well.

This is not related to this event but we really need a feature where we can have a rematch against a Vegabond who was using the same deck before. It gets frustrating when we lose to that deck and not get another chance. Having a rematch helps because it gives us not only another chance but it helps us practice and get better competitively. There was a reddit post about it and I do believe its something we need. I hope you can understand and agree and thank you for your time of reading this.

I just saw a Youtube video where the guy used Gift Exchange to give Z-One The Winged Dragon of Ra, which he summoned instantly bringing his LP to 100 only to crash into a defense position monster. Next turn he played Owner's Seal (Konami forgot about that one) to gain control of Ra and attack for game.

I'm using this to Auto Duel at this Raid Event. It does between 50k-100k damage per auto duel.

AI just spams untargettable Archfiend's Calls (this is necessary because Z-one can summon Vylon Soldier to target your Synchros and put them to Defence), and if it sees 1 Defence position monster it immediately puts a piercer. Then it goes to town. It does not need a Skill, so you can use anything you want there.

Optimal decklist for those who need it: 3 Crane Crane, 3 Psychic Wheeleder, 3 Psychic Tracker, 3 Phantom King Hydride, 1 Blackwing Gale, 1 Blackwing Pinaki, 3 Megamorph, 3 POTG.

3 Archfiend's Call, 2 Blackwing Armed Wing, 2 Flamvell Uruquizas, 1 Infernity Doom Archfiend.

Infernity Doom Archfiend is for negating Timelords' battle immunity.

Fill your missing spots with more Level 3 monsters that can be easily Summoned. If you even have just 1 copy of Flamvell, don't run Kendama or Assault Warrior because AI prioritizes those even though Flamvell starts doing more damage after attacking just once. Only run those cards if you specifically don't have Flamvell, keep empty slots in Extra Deck otherwise. If you have no Level 6 piercing Synchros at all, remove Pinaki and run Fairy Meteor Crush instead.

AI will always try to use Brionac, Coral Dragon, Goyo Guardian etc's effects, so you shouldn't run them.

The AI has become blisteringly stupid. It now thinks it's more efficient to just summon a monster from hand and give it the Equip Spells instead of Synchro Summoning first.
