Notes & Combos
This new take on Synchron is joining forces with Jack Atlas to bring about different strengths compared to a traditional build. While we lose the really silly synergy of Stardust Warrior into Shining Star Dragon for Red Supernova Dragon, and also are more susceptible to Nibiru if we do the combo in what would normally be the safe way, we gain access to a means of dodging Dark Ruler No More and Forbidden Droplet, provided they don't send a Trap for the latter. But more importantly, a means of countering Fusion Summon effects under Branded Lost, and in particular, a way to dodge Set Albaz. Since this is all a one card combo, we have more space for tech cards too allowing a slightly better going second, and you'd be surprised how much raw Synchro Summon Red Dragon Archfiend comes up to board break and allow Stardust Dragon with Converging Wishes to be able to swing for game. Very fun take on Synchron, combining Yusei's technique and quick thinking, with some of Jack's commanding power, and a little help from Kalin/Kiryu to disrupt the opponent's options even further.
