In most matchups your gameplan is to setup red reign and make sure it resolves with void ogre. Here are some exceptions.
Black Luster Soldier: All of their important monsters are lvl 8. This means that with the typical board of void ogre and scarlight red reign won't be able to banish them. It's better to end on hot red + red reign.
Destiny Hero: It's very important to stop poly from resolving. Instead of protecting red reign with void ogre, it's better to protect void ogre with red reign.
As for the deck, I wasn't a huge fan cosmic cyclone and I think there are better cards to replace it with like enemy controller. Apart from that the ratio of extenders, engine pieces and non-engine felt on point.
