Why play 1 Summoned Skull if you can play 2 (or 3 if you feel like it)? Go ham turn 1 and keep up the pressure. Set up Dark Magician in your grave as soon as you can with the skill. Deal damage whenever you can.
Declist not optimised cuz I'm broke. I'd change those if I had more cards:
1 Sevens Road Witch => 1 Dark Magician Girl
1 Phantom Bind => 1 Pierce
The Sevens Road Magician to Noodle ratio is probably incorrect too, but it's up to preference imho.
Note: Turtle can easily be substituted with something else, it's a filler card.
