If you have some TCG Altergeist experience you will have an easy KOG, I basically speedran in 2 evenings with probably >90% win rate from Plat to KOG, mostly vs Blue Eyes, Tenyi, BLS and Eternal Bond decks. Blue Eyes was the only thing which posed a threat so if you struggle consider Warning Point because it makes outing Chaos Max trivial, but you can do fine with Konquery/Silq loops until you can make Borrelend/Ningirsu.
The skill could definitely be something better.
I was only playing 2 Meluseek because I ran out of gems, which was partly why I threw in Dualitys. It might be also worth replacing Emulatelf with Failover (or just cutting it) because there were a few situations where only 3 zones made things awkward, especially conflicting with some Marionetter lines.
Of course the tech cards are personal preference, the make or break is how you manage your resource loops and Silq bounces etc.
I ran Primebanshee before but it never came up so I replaced it with Phoenix.
