In all honesty, I quite rather enjoyed the challenge that playing SwordSoul in this format had to offer! Sure, I lost quite a few games because I’m the dumbest skinny b*tch who ever lived (you can’t Albaz when tokens are on the field you illiterate f**k!), but adapting my tactics against the top decks of the format was all part of the fun! At least I can say I never got demoted despite coming close quite a few times! This is technically a 1-box run version of the deck since I got an Ecclesia as my free UR! 3 Cosmic Cyclone is a must, must, MUST to deal with the Kaiba brothers’ crazy trap cards. I would probably say Book of Moon is slightly better than Eclipse in most cases to keep Albaz live but totally up to the duelist! I do not have Baxia and never went into my Lv.7 synchros anyhow. While I don’t think I will use this deck again in PVP, I will say that SS is one of the most consistent auto-duel decks I’ve ever used and will continue using it for this purpose!
