Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

I played with Spright, thinking it might be the best archetype in the latest box, only to realize it wouldn't cut it against even the rogue strategies. My Live Twin Spright dreams, limited by the 3 MMZs more than anything else...

So I hopped to Centur-ion, a deck I am VERY familiar with from my extensive playtime in Master Duel. I love the gameplay, I love the flexible game plan, and I love how DL allows the deck to play like a modern TCG strategy with five billy-tillion starters/extenders (and no need for a normal summon). Without further ado, let's talk about my decisions:

Oh snap! I did that thing again where I type too much about my decisions to fit it into the deck profile. You can find my thought processes on card choices in the comments. Before scrolling down, I'd like to discuss the game plan with the deck. It is trivially easy and consistent to set up Legatia + Quasar on turn 1 while threating a second Quasar/a Red Supernova Dragon on turn 2, and it is not hard to make that 2nd big Synchro on turn 1. However, with the prevelance of Lava Golem and Kaijus, you are better off leaving the threat on the board instead. "But if my Legatia and Quasar are Golemed, what am I targeting with Crimson Dragon?" There are two paths. 1) play Shooting Star Dragon and ANOTHER level 10 Synchro. Stardust Chronicle Spark Dragon is interesting, letting you revive Auxila if your line ended on her instead of Legatia (which can be done if you don't need the skill's 2nd eff for full combo). Nevermind, if you're gonna do this, play Majestic Star Dragon, it's Quasar x Red Supernova Dragon LMAO. I'm writing this after writing up my deck overviews, I'm going to update my ED to 1x each of Shooting Star Dragon, Majestic Star Dragon, Auxila, & Legatia. I played against a total of 1 Therion decks on my way to KoG but this sounds necessary to plan for playing against them, ho lee.

To the people playing True Awakening, how on earth are you full comboing AND using this card? Are you really planning on using Emeth from grave turn 2 in every duel? Sheesh, seems like overkill to me
