Notes & Combos
First KoG in 70 wins! Endboard and combos are the same as the ones in my February KC cup decklist post, you can check it for an explanation of these; the decklist has only been updated to accomodate the skill/banlist change.
With Branded Despia out of the way, the deck finally feels competitive against most decks, from rogue to tiered. Most matchups can go either way, both going first and second. The only problem with the deck is that it gets hit by most floodgates and anti-meta techs, being locked to the dark attribute and the dragon type, as well as being reliant on special summoning from hand, graveyard and deck and also needing searches. Nibiru is also unavoidable as your only way to negate it is Savage, but you cannot make Savage with a counter on it (i.e. a Link in grave) in 5 summons. Number 46: Dragluon is a particularly nasty card, if they go first and you can't negate it on the spot the best you can do going second is try to stall with an endboard of Borreload Furious, Seal and Draco Berserker (if you can even make it), which is usually not good enough. Thankfully, though, it doesn't look like most players are using it.
Forbidden Chalice went up in usefulness due to Shaddoll being somewhat prevalent in the meta again, since neither Imperm or Veiler can hit Winda as it usually gets summoned in the middle of your turn.
