I don’t own Pot of Greed. My account is new, and when it was created they were no longer distributing the card, so obviously I would run a copy of it instead of Triad Dragon.
I only own one copy of Pierce, but I didn’t really feel the card was missing in the games where I didn’t draw it. Maybe if I had more copies I could better feel the difference it makes in the deck.
Remember that you can recycle the Red-Boot fusion using Red-Boot itself for burn plays when you think your opponent might have a battle trap and they’re within lethal range from effect damage (keep an eye on the delay).
Of course, don’t forget about Dragons Boost Fusion’s mill effect. I’ve actually won a drawn-out duel by activating it multiple times and eventually decking my opponent out.
This deck has several interesting plays and routes you can follow. Overall I had a lot of fun using it. Even though it’s expensive compared to other decks in the Rush Duel format, I don’t regret a single gem invested.
