Notes & Combos
Thanks to the unlimiting of Majesty and the addition of the Galaxy package, Blue-Eyes is now strong enough to return as a Tier 3 or high rogue deck. The Galaxy package increases the strength of the endboard and reduces its weaknesses to board breakers like Eclipse and Droplet, although cards like Nibiru and Kaiju-like cards are still a major weakness.
Stardust Spark Dragon is simply there as a Level 8 LIGHT Dragon Synchro for Spirit Dragon to tag out into, providing material for Dragluxion if needed.
Afterglow Dragon is an extender that can be searched via Melody or Dragluxion (if you already opened Primal), letting you end on Spirit Dragon alongside Hope Harbinger, Photon Lord, and Transmigration.
If you have the Horus cards, you can play them instead of Afterglow so that you can make Photon Lord early to protect against handtraps. However, the Horus package requires more deck space and can clog up your backrow, preventing you from potentially setting a second Spell/Trap (usually Majesty) alongside Transmigration.
