Ran 2 Heavy Metal because I don't have 3rd, didn't feel it that much since Rush alogrithm is weird - pretty sure I would brick like **** if I had the 3rd one. 2 invasions, same thing, probably you could run 2 of one and 3 of the other, but I feel like Heavy Metal is more relevant if you opt for 5 boss monsters (6 is overkill IMO and Rush will punish you with bricks). Other cards self explanatory. Never forget to use Shadow Buyer wisely so that he can attack the turn you use the skill. Found it to be very relevant when forcing the kill asap.
Concerning debates if this is tier 0 - it surely isn't. I had 3/4 lose streaks like no problem. Despite the boardwipe and beautiful setup the skill gives, it leaves you on 1 or 2 monsters and they are very easy to get over. It is an all in deck and it can't be tier 0 by default and especially in Rush where luck is still a big factor that decides games.
