Fast King of Games Run with Requiem Contact Voidvelg, done in 33 wins.

The deck got the axe and lost very powerful options with the limitations of Voidvelg Chrysaor and Voidvelg Beyond Probe. I guess having access to all those was unfair, so it is good that we have more balance.

So, the task for this season was to find the best possible build with what was left.

Due to the Requiem Contact skill, I thought that Voidvelg Whiterider was the most influential card to have once Chrysaor is gone. Because Whiterider can give you a Voidvelg Requiem or a DARK Galaxy Normal monster, I decided to pack 3 Voidvelg Hoplites for the card advantage that it might give through its ability instead of another DARK Galaxy Effect monster.

I also thought that it would be good to shuffle my monsters into my deck so that I can use Beyond Probe more than once, so I packed 3 Voidvelg Globule, the Pot of Avarice, and 1 Talismanic Seal Array, which is a card I love and that has proven to be useful for shuffling and dealing with big Fusion monsters alike.

Finally, Dark Hole Device can get the job done, just make sure you go for Beyond Probe or another Fusion into Dark Hole Device, most of the time it is not worth it to discard 3 monster to activate it.

This version is not as linear as the previous and the player needs to think more, but if I made it to King of Games then everybody can, too. The lines of play are fun and interesting, and it has been a challenge to face all those never-ending traps that everyone seems to be playing now by the dozen.

In spite of the recent limitations, the deck is still a blast and is powerful and fun to play, so try it if you can.
