Notes & Combos

First turn play is to get XYZ'd into Beatrice. Beatrice allows you the most flexibility, depending on what your opponent has, the best plays are either Farfa banish or Alich to negate effect. If you open with either of those two, I try to make sure they are materials and then mostly will send Scarm to search for Tour Guide during the end phase.

Turn two play follows similar goal of getting Beatrice out, but the path to get their varies. Remove any backrow first if you open MST or Galaxy Cyclone, bait out any monster effects or backrow by special summoning your BA monsters.

With the new expected banlist the best strategy is to utilize Farfa as much as possible. Almost everytime Dante was sent to the graveyard I would return Farfa.

Don't underestimate the burn damage Barbar can output. I run two so that I can get off 900 damage throughout the match if needed.

Below are a few nice combos/goals to keep in mind: -Normal summon Tour Guide and special summon Cir with effect. Go into Phantom Knight Sword and destroy card on the field, have cir special summon a Dante from the grave and XYZ into Beatrice with remaining BA monster in hand (farfa is great for this).

-Get a direct attack off with Beatrice (leaves opponent with 1500 LP), survive turn and then XYZ summon Nightmare Shark and attack for game.

-Anytime you can get BLS out is generally a good move. I'd play 2 if I had another, only summoned BLS a couple times.

-Virgil discard farfa for a double card removal.
