Hey there dogmatic divas and crossdressing crusaders! I hope everyone’s coping with the onslaught of Brandon Fusion and his associated (dra)Goons and their unholy Satan-worshipping behavior. I chose this deck because I was digging for Drytron and I somehow pulled 3 Nadirs and really wanted to use them, and I figured that this would be the funniest format to play them in, lore-wise. I managed a 9-win streak with this deck in Legend but I didn’t want to share it because I misplayed to such an embarrassing degree on game 10 LOL.

I crafted this recipe entirely from scratch and I’m really proud of how well it put up in this current format. CD Mokuba’s skill is super useful as it not only lets me draw into techs but it also provides a free LIGHT material on field for Mechaba, so I can utilize my extremely tight extra deck space for other things. White Knight is absolutely amazing as it not only lets me send N’Tss on the opponents turn, it also lets me yoink more extra deck cards from the opponent, usually cutting duelists off of Mirrorjade and/or Dragoon access. Going 2nd, I aim to draw into Book of Eclipse and get out Purgatrio to OTK before committing to my Dogmatika engine, or push for OTKs with the help of Fleurdelis if there is too much interaction on field to commit safely.

As you can tell from the replays I posted, this deck dumpsters Branded, especially going 1st and even without Non-Fusion Area, and praise the Divine Goddess Sophia they are literally everywhere on ladder. Other fusion decks like DM and Red-Eyes have other avenues for disruption you have to consider and can be difficult to navigate depending on the situation. Red-Eyes in particular was a headache—the fact they can add FOUR cards on turn 2 with their Skill, but also everyone’s sleeping on Lord of the Red as being able to pop 2 each turn is no joke!
