Opted for a Rilliona-less build to check power of "pure" Shaddolls. Verdict: meh. Rilliona seems to boost consistency a bit to set up fusion spells and/or schism, but already at a minimum of 24 cards for deckbuilding, the consistency doesn't seem all great.

I opted for the survivablility and grind game of shaddolls, which there is a good deal if your opening hand gets you a a couple of different names, shadow games, and tech. Dino is a great backrow to trigger shaddolls from hand. Skill Prisoner is an excellent limit 3 in this playstyle to help survive against the dominant Constellar deck. If you don't open it alongside another backrow (or way to get 2nd monster on field) going 2nd, you'll lose. Experimented with Compulse for getting rid of extra monsters, particularly Klueger (as Yubel is still rampant and does very well vs this deck purely from burn with all this deck's floating) and Crackdown, but with only one generic link, it did not seem as good.

Squamata is the best shaddoll to mill into any other for whatever you're going for (special summon- wendi; backrow hate - dragon; monster search - hedgehog; double float - falco). Helshaddoll was a late climb addition as I was facing yubel constantly, and the light banish by sending construct was handy. No matter what the deck size was though, it stuck to my hand.

Grysta and Wendigo are purely for super poly and schism targets - maybe resolved Grysta's summon negate effect once (vs a Pleiades no less).

Veiler is a great light addition for Construct from Shaddoll Fusion.

Overall, a very grindy gamestyle or fuse a bunch of times for a quick kill depending on what you open. As mentioned before, lacks a good deal of consistency, so this deck sorely is needing Selection Box support or skill revamp (cope).

Upside is that it has a great Tenyi matchup once you get Wendi on board.
