Notes & Combos

I wanted to build the deck to use the most minimal engine we can get away with to just maxamize one card starters. This way we have the highest chance to draw an impactful non engine card after resolving our star chart 1/2 times during the combo. I think there is also some justification to play the deck will less non engine and maxamize on Pollux considering he is the best starter when seeing multiple names in order to guarentee a turn 1 Pleiades. I decided to not take that approach as I feel that forbidden droplet is too impactful with how many free plus's you generate during the combo and the ability to play around opposing Mirror matches, SHaddoll winda, or a yubel monster while on the draw. If I had MST I would consider it over cyclone but it personally never came up for me. At first I was playing veiler but I realized that in this format veiler doesn't make every person pass turn 1. While crow has over performed and is very difficult to play around amoung the tiered strategies. In terms of the extra deck I never summoned dweller but I wouldn't change it because it is quite relevant vs Myakashi and Tenyi. If you only have 1 M7 you could definitely play the deck with only 1. Gaiga charger is a flex slot but I personally like the versatility to go for game through a defense mode monster. Knightmare Phoenix has been MVP to link off a used up pleiades, eat a backrow, then potentially recycle him with sombre/M7. Overall this deck feels very strong VS every deck besides live twin and that's why I feel Droplet/crow and a backrow removal of your choice are all important right now.
