Notes & Combos

Inzektor Beetrooper is a very solid deck for ladder that combines a Turn 1 with multiple interruptions and a Turn 2 capable of destroying many of the opponent’s cards, as long as we can bait their interruptions and then capitalize on the deck’s remaining resources.

The synergy between Inzektor and Beetrooper helps solve the main problems of the Inzektor archetype, which is quite old and slow: its heavy reliance on the Normal Summon and the need to have Hornet and Ladybug available from the start.

The deck is built around: • Consistent extensions from the Normal Summon • Resource recycling to avoid running out of plays • Continuous pressure that forces the opponent to spend their answers early

This is not an “autopilot” deck, but once you understand the basic routes, it becomes very stable for climbing ranked and closing games through accumulated advantage.

Recommended for players who enjoy tempo decks, midrange control, and turn-by-turn decision making.

It is probably not stronger than pure Beetrooper, but it is very fun and can definitely surprise opponents, and it is extremely satisfying to wipe the opponent’s entire field with Dragonfly and Hornet.

Possible changes: • Playing 3 Dragonfly and 3 Centipede once I own it. • Including Monster Reborn to extend plays and recover Dragonfly for a third activation in the same turn. • Testing the new Beetrooper Spell, which can be searched when we don’t open enough insects to start our plays, and also helps destroy Spell/Trap cards if we manage to summon a 3000+ ATK insect. • Trying a version more focused on Inzektor combo lines (which are almost endless), although due to skill restrictions and limited deck space in Duel Links, it becomes difficult to fully exploit their potential.

Replays

I included several key replays from the King of Games (December) climb, where you can see how the deck: • Maintains pressure even when going second • Wins games by setting up multiple interruptions and controlling the opponent • Handles meta matchups consistently

If you want to see the deck in action before trying it yourself, I recommend starting with that video, and I would really appreciate it if you leave a like.
