No debate, Synchron has been massacred. We lost Crystal Wing, we lost Eclipse though that was guaranteed to happen, we lost two Stardust Synchron, we lost Satellite Warrior, we lost the option to play two Signer Dragons with Skill for Turn 2 flexibility, we lost Skill being able to search a Synchron Tuner, we lost Shooting Star, and we lost safety into Dark Ruler No More with said Shooting Star. This was a massive overnerf, and yet, it's still possible to play an okay game. However, pure builds are TERRIBLY inconsistent, needing to hope you don't open 3 Stardust monsters or all 3 Shining Star Dragon, and even then, your Turn 2 is now an RNG struggle, and your Turn 1 is now too vulnerable to Crow/Belle/Skull Meister without taking specific lines. I blame Centur-ion engine war crimes. Yet, as long as you don't run into Albaz, and don't ***** up Trishula Zero like I end up doing, it can be done. Now get Centur-ion out of this Skill so pure builds can have a little bit of power back.
