Notes & Combos
After some time away from the game, I came back this season and managed to reach King of Games once again with our faithful companion, Dark Magician.
I tested several different versions throughout the month, but after working together with Yami Ewerton, we came up with this monstrosity. This one-card combo version can set up a board with up to 5 negates, using the Diabellstar line alongside Dinosaur support.
Just like my previous deck, this version has multiple lines of play, but the main one is definitely the one-card combo, which you can check out in the replays.
The second line is a two-card combo that can set up Magicians' Combination, providing very important protection against cards like Dark Ruler No More, Forbidden Droplet, and others. With this board established, we can end on 6 strong negates against the opponent.
Finally, we have the Chaos Angel line through Senju. Basically, we trade DMG for Chaos Angel, giving the board protection against destruction.
