Notes & Combos
After losing the rank-up match countless times with Despia, I had to retire the deck and join the Tachyon tyrants.
HOW TO PLAY:
Keep in mind that the only monster Cloudragon can summon is Primal. And there's only 1 Primal in this deck. So if Primal is in your hand, Cloudragon is useless until Primal is in the GY.
Going first, always use Infinity's effect and summon a level-8 that's not Primal, Galactic if possible. If you're playing against a dragon-deck like Blue-Eyes or Tachyon-mirror, summon Dragluon first to shut down their plays during their turn. If not, then go into Dragluxion -> Harbinger. Use your dragons's other summoning effects to get Number 107 on the field so you can use your counter-traps from the hand.
Always open with the skill going second. Don't activate the skill's other effect until you've used Rank-Up Seventh or else it won't work. Found that out the hard way.

It only took me a couple hours to DLv. Max with this deck starting at DLv. 18. Many surrendered before I could find out what they were playing. Most losses came from my inexperience with the deck.

The rank-up match to DLv20. The only way I was able to top Psychic End Punisher was to use Satellite Dragon's effect from GY.
