Notes & Combos
This is my first time reaching DLV Max on what I still consider my first day, and it was with my current favorite deck. I'm even surprised because I wasn't playing with the intention of getting this far.

Well, under the right conditions, Swordsoul proved to me to be a deck that could give even Therion a hard time, on both turns, and it also had a very consistent turn 1 that could still be played even after taking Kaiju/Golem/Sphere. I prefer to play with a leaner deck for consistency reasons, so I carefully chose the staples I had to include:
- Droll to stop FTKs and reduce the endboard power of those who refused to surrender.
- Crow against Therion and making it easier for me to put Albaz on the field even after taking down Kaiju.
- The Eclipse Book is used to force interactions, kill Destiny Hero, and try to prevent XYZ summons.
The most important thing was always having a way to get Albaz into play because, even if he couldn't win just by banishing an important card, he could still hold out a turn very well.
As other Swordsoul players have already said here, the matchup against Therion depends on you knowing and managing your resources well.

I didn't save that many replays because, as I said, I wasn't expecting to get this far, nor did I play that seriously until I saw I had a chance to reach DLV20.
