Somehow i made it through LVL 19 with a winstreak of 8, don't ask me how i did it because i also have no idea. I think it was just luck because D-Hero was not so common(for me at least) and Therion we can work it out.

I also found something very interesting while playing.

Apparently Lava Golem locks you from activating Fantasix effect. At first i thought it was a bug, but it actually makes sense. Lava Golem locks you from normal summoning, and Fantasix gives you an extra normal. So they don't interact with each other, which is why i switched to Sphere Mode(i only have 2, that's why Dogoran is there).

Why Dogoran and not another one?

Because i like Dinosaurs, that's why.

Why Regulus?

Why not? It's an extra interaction, and also serves as material for Xyz if everything goes wrong. Didn't use him much, but it's interesting.

How to play turn 1 in this Lava Golem/Sphere Mode meta?

If you suspect that the opponent can use them(such as Therion, DM, BE and some others) you basically pass with Cxyz Fanatix, field spell and set cards. Not the best field, but oddly enough it worked most of the times.

Do i recommend playing this now?

Sincerely, NO. I played it because i like the deck and wanted to play something else other than Therion and Hero. Also good luck to anyone that will play second phase trying to top, that's gonna be tough man.

Replays

1. First one is older, but it was against Therion with another build. I was able to bait him enough to OTK him.
2. Against PUNK with opponent being dumb and Dogoran saving me.
3. Vs Therion with Sphere Mode quit(literally).
4. Vs DM(and obviously he had Lava Golem).
5. 4th one was tachyon but he disconnected.
6. Rank up was against Swordsoul and OH BOY. Going second and my starting hand was Sphere Mode, Dogoran and 2 droplets. If i was going first i would be very angry, but going second it was really funny.
