You can only use this Skill's second effect once per turn. 1: At the beginning of your first turn, Set 1 "Toon Bookmark" from outside your Deck to your field. 2: Can be activated if you control "Toon World" by shuffling 1 monster from your hand to the Deck. Add 1 Toon monster from your Deck to your hand. If you returned a Toon monster to activate this effect, you can also draw 1 card.
