This Skill can be used if all of the monsters with 1400 or more ATK in your Deck are Psychic Type. [REQUIREMENT] From turn 2 onward. [EFFECT] Choose 1 face-up Psychic Type monster on your field, and it becomes Level 5 until the end of the turn. If that monster was "CAN:D", you can also choose 1 Level 7 LIGHT Attribute Psychic Type monster or 1 "JAM:P Up!" from your Deck and add it to your hand.
