Select 1 face-up monster you control. That monster's effects are negated and it cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects until the end of your opponent's turn. During the turn you use this Skill, you cannot Normal Summon/Set or Special Summon monsters, activate effects, or conduct your Battle Phase. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
