I Have Nothing to Fear!

You can only use this Skill's second and third effects once per Duel. 1: At the beginning of the Duel, add 1 "Stardust Dragon" and 1 "Black Rose Dragon" to your Extra Deck. (You can only have at most 3 copies of each card.) During this Duel, you can only Special Summon Synchro Monsters from your Extra Deck. 2: Reveal 1 Plant monster in your hand. Add 1 "Glow-Up Bulb" from outside your Deck to your hand and draw 1 card. Then, discard 1 card from your hand. 3: If you control "Glow-Up Bulb", return 1 card from your hand to your Deck and play 1 "Witch of the Black Rose" and 1 "Rose Fairy" from outside your Deck.
