You can only use this Skill's first and second effects once per turn. 1: At the start of your Main Phase, send up to 2 WATER "Dragon Ruler" monsters from your hand to the GY, then draw that many number of cards. 2: From turn 2 onward, reveal 1 WATER "Dragon Ruler" monster in your hand. Add 1 WATER "Dragon Ruler" monster with a different Level from your Deck to your hand.
