Dragon Ruler of Infernos

You can only use this Skill's first and second effects once per turn. 1: At the beginning of your Main Phase, send up to 2 FIRE "Dragon Ruler" monsters from your hand to the Graveyard, then draw the same number of cards. 2: From turn 2 onward, reveal 1 FIRE "Dragon Ruler" monster in your hand, then add 1 FIRE "Dragon Ruler" with a different Level than that monster from your Deck to your hand.
