You can only use this Skill's first and second effects once per turn. 1: At the beginning of your Main Phase, send up to 2 EARTH "Dragon Ruler" monsters from your hand to the Graveyard, then draw the same number of cards. 2: Can be activated from turn 2 onward by revealing 1 EARTH "Dragon Ruler" monster in your hand, then add 1 EARTH "Dragon Ruler" with a different Level from your Deck to your hand.
