You can only use this Skill's first and second effects once per Duel. 1: Can be used before your normal draw. Your normal draw this turn will be 1 Level 4 or lower Cyberse monster or 1 "Cynet" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck. 2: Reveal 1 Level 4 or lower Cyberse monster or 1 "Cynet" Card from your hand and either place it at the bottom of your Deck or send it to the GY. Then, draw 2 cards.
